New Trade Works for America Ads Discuss Wins for Farmers and Thank Chairman Peterson for his Support

WASHINGTON, D.C.— Trade Works for America today launched new advertisements in support of the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) in Minnesota communities impacted by trade with Canada and Mexico.

The ads share how the USMCA will create new opportunities for Minnesota’s agriculture industry and small businesses and are running in congressional districts represented by Rep. Angie Craig (MN-02) and Rep. Dean Phillips (MN-03):

“Minnesota deserves a free, fair, and balanced trade deal — one that protects Minnesota’s farmers and small businesses […] The USMCA will increase Minnesota farmers’ agriculture exports by millions […] It’ll also open more markets to our small businesses, putting job creators first.”

Additionally, a radio ad is airing in House Agriculture Committee Chairman Collin Peterson’s (MN-07) congressional district thanking him for supporting the USMCA.

These latest ads are part of Trade Works for America’s ongoing multi-million dollar ad campaign to highlight the importance of the USMCA to communities across the country.

Earlier this week, Trade Works for America announced a new television and digital ad campaign urging House leadership to support the USMCA. All Trade Works for America ads are available online here.
